- Active and intensive marketing: Media advertising (1x per week)
- Internet advertising (permanent presence in the top 5 of real estate websites - www.immoweb.be - www.trevi.be - www.zimmo.be - www.vlan.be - www.logic-immo.be).
- Check creditworthiness (establishment of a Material Safety Data Sheet for further information)
- Display: after prior arrangement, a digital signage is placed within 4 working days
When the lease is signed:
